Our bright team of event professionals at Smarter Shows (the organisers) work hard to produce Thermal Management Expo year-on-year from our remote HQ in Brighton, UK, a sunny seaside city, commonly referred to as ‘London by the Sea’. We are invested in going above and beyond to ensure that every touch point within our organization is a positive one. We also love to socialise and have fantastic Christmas and Summer parties, team-building activities and as a dog-friendly office, obligatory breaks to entertain our furry friends.

How it started

Thermal Management Expo was born out of the recognition of the increased importance placed on the engineering discipline of thermal management within high-tech industries including the aerospace and defense, automotive, electronics, energy, medical and telecoms sectors. With a gap in the market for a highly focussed expo and conference, Thermal Management Expo launched in 2022, co-located alongside Ceramics Expo. The relationship between technical ceramics and thermal management is crucial within advanced manufacturing where high temperatures, electrical conductivity, and insulation properties are essential.
