"Thermal Management Expo is the ideal show for us. We are able to meet some of the most knowledgeable innovators in the thermal management, show them our latest technologies and share ideas about what should be next in the space; all in a welcoming environment. It is always an exciting and insightful show to attend."

T-Global USA LLC

T-Global proudly introduced the TG-AD30 and TG-AD66 ultra-soft thermal pads, designed for high-speed computing industries like networking, cloud computing, and servers.

With a thermal conductivity of 3.0-6.5 W/m·K and Shore OO 20-25 softness, these pads ensure optimal heat transfer by filling microscopic gaps under low pressure. Their ultra-soft nature adjusts thickness upon compression, achieving exceptional low thermal resistance.

Engineered for efficient heat dissipation, they maintain stable chip temperatures, enhance performance, and extend product lifespans, providing a reliable thermal management solution for demanding electronic applications.

Almath Crucibles Ltd - MgO crucibles

Almath made Magnesium Oxide Crucibles (Magnesia) are cast or iso-statically pressed, fully vitrified and available in various standard sizes, shapes, and wall thicknesses for a range of high temperature applications. MgO benefits from having a higher maximum working temperature (2200 °C for MgO vs 1750 °C for alumina) and increased corrosion resistance over Alumina. These are high purity, high porous and high density.

Lindberg/MPH

Lindberg/MPH box furnaces are designed for rapid heat-up and response, when dense load capability and process repeatability are important. They feature a unique internal construction and outer shell design, which reduces external surface temperatures. The temperature controls incorporate self-tuning instrumentation, which automatically provides the best PID settings for the thermal process. A ramp-to-setpoint feature allows programmable heat-up to the setpoint temperature. The front panel configuration of thermocouple input, instrument temperature range, and other control parameters make the unit suitable for other heating equipment within the amperage range. The controls also feature simultaneous displays of chamber and setpoint temperatures.
